We process all orders within 1-3 business days. Shipping times may vary between 3-7 business days depending on your location. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number.

Return Policy

Overview

Thank you for shopping with Liquidation Deals. Due to the nature of liquidation sales, all items are sold as-is and all sales are generally final. However, we do offer limited return options under specific conditions to ensure a positive customer experience.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted only within 7 calendar days of delivery.
  • Only items that are damaged, defective, or significantly not as described are eligible for return.
  • Products marked “Final Sale” or “As-Is” are not eligible for returns or refunds.
  • Returned items must be in original packaging and unused condition.

Return Process

  1. Email our support team at orders@liquidationexpress.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number, photos of the item, and reason for return.
  3. If your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.
  4. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
  • A restocking fee of 15% may apply to some returns.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
